Improve Safety & Efficiency
A clogged dryer vent is one of the leading causes of house fires and can increase drying times. Our professional dryer vent cleaning service improves airflow, helps lower energy costs, and keeps your home safer.
Dryer Vent Cleaning
-
Reduce the risk of dryer fires caused by lint buildup.
Improve airflow for faster drying times.
Lower your monthly energy costs.
Extend the life of your dryer.
Prevent overheating and unnecessary wear on dryer components.
Reduce excess heat and humidity inside your home.
Help prevent costly repairs caused by restricted airflow.
-
Your dryer may need service if you notice:
Clothes take more than one cycle to dry.
The dryer feels unusually hot during operation.
A burning smell while the dryer is running.
Excess lint around the dryer or vent opening.
The laundry room becomes hot or humid.
It's been over a year since your last vent cleaning.
The outside vent flap doesn't open properly when the dryer is running.
-
The U.S. Fire Administration recommends cleaning your dryer vent regularly because lint is highly flammable. Even if you clean the lint screen after every load, lint still passes through the filter and collects inside the vent.
Routine maintenance helps:
Keep your family safer.
Improve dryer efficiency.
Reduce energy consumption.
Prevent unexpected breakdowns.
Save money over time.
-
Most homes should have the dryer vent professionally cleaned every 12 months. Larger families or homes that do multiple loads per day may benefit from cleaning every 6–9 months.
-
No. The lint screen only catches part of the lint. Fine lint still travels through the vent and gradually builds up inside the ductwork.
-
es. We service most residential dryer vent configurations. Contact us if you have a unique installation, and we'll be happy to discuss your setup.
-
Most dryer vent cleaning appointments take 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the length of the vent and the amount of buildup.
-
Yes. A clean vent allows proper airflow, helping clothes dry in less time and reducing wear on your dryer.
-
Absolutely. Restricted airflow causes the dryer to overheat, putting extra strain on heating elements, thermostats, motors, and other components. This can lead to expensive repairs or shorten the life of the appliance.
-
Yes. Professional vent cleaning is a small investment that can improve efficiency, lower energy bills, reduce fire risk, and help prevent costly repairs
